Car Rent Policy
Billing
We at Laa cabs charge the rentals on daily basis (24 Hrs.) and the rates per day are bound to change. Please check the tariff details on our page for more information. A minimum billing of one day is mandatory on any four Wheeler you hire from us. That means, though you rent our four Wheeler s for an hour’s time, you will have to pay for one day.
Eligibility
Any person who is a Citizen of India holding valid driving license as contemplated under section 3 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, who is of sound mind , not adjudged as insolvent and/or is not disqualified by any law or order/judgment of a competent court from driving the vehicle and any foreigner who is having a valid International License with Passport for driving the vehicle with valid Visa
Documents/Details To Be Submitted
At the time of taking the vehicle for rent, the Customer shall submit the following documents/details;
True Self attested copy of the driving license of the Customer (In case, the customer is intending to drive the vehicle through any other person, he shall furnish the details of such person along with true attested copy of the driving license of that person)
True Self attested copy of the Election Identity Card/Aadhar Card/Passport/visa copy (in case of foreign customer ), which are valid during the period of rental Customer
For the purpose of ensuring the safety of the vehicle and due observance of the “terms and conditions‟ contained herein, the Customer shall make deposit at such rates as mentioned in the website, which shall vary in accordance with the specifications of the vehicle taken for rent.
The aforesaid amount shall be refunded to the Customer by the Company without any interest. Upon returning the vehicle, subject to the deduction of any charges or any other amounts receivable by the Company as per the terms and conditions contained herein.
Over speeding

Payment Policy
Payments are to be made through credit/debit cards/online money transfer, We also accept COD (cash on delivery) If by any chance a rider member fails to make a payment that is due towards Laa cabs and tries to default, then Laa cabs may charge additional interests/charges for such delays/faults. Laa cabs may also extract payments from the defaulters through third party entities also may initiate legal actions under the provisions of the law. Laa cabs reserves the right to terminate a booking depending on the circumstances. All payments need to be done in full prior to the ride start, which will be confirmed and authorized through a detailed invoice by Laa cabs sent through e-mail or/and SMS.
Laa cabs Policy on Accident or any such event
Laa assures to assist its rider members by providing liability insurance.If the vehicle is damaged, User shall responsible for all such loss and damages and shall pay to the Laa cabs for all loss of or damage to the car regardless of cause, or who, or what caused it.
If the cost of repair is less than Rs.30,000/- Laa cabs will not claim the insurance, the member has to bare the entir cost.
If the cost of repair is more than Rs.30,000/- Laa cabs will claim the insurance, for which the member has to produce FIR from the police station, original DL, & original ID, Approx estimate amount as deposit has to be submitted at the time of returning the vehicle. Balance amount will be transferred to members bank account within 7 days.
In situations of irresponsible or unsafe or negligent usage, there could be discretionary exceptions to this policy, whereby the user could be liable for all damages irrespective of whether or not Laa cabs is able to claim insurance in such cases. Such situation includes, but are not limited to:
When the User is not in compliance with the laws and/or with terms of the Laa cabs User Agreement
When the User is found to be under the influence of alcohol/narcotics while Driving
In case of an accident or collision, the rider members are accountable to pay a standard amount towards the accident insurance not exceeding Rs.2000. The members are also bound to pay for the repairs incurred due to damages caused by the collision/accident, which will be deducted from the amount paid as the security deposit (if the repair costs are less than the value of the deposit) or the member will forfeit the entire security deposit amount (if the repair costs are equal to or more than the deposit itself). In any case, amount greater than the security deposit already paid by the member shall be demanded by Laa cabs and member is liable to pay the entire amount.
In the event of a collision, either due to the fault of the rider himself or due to any other unavoidable instance, the costs involved in towing or confiscation of laa cabs four wheeler are to be borne by the members alone.
Laa cabs takes complete liability of towing and confiscation charges if the vehicle breaks down due to a technical snag or failure.
Any charges or costs amounting due to the failure of the member complying with the laws and/or Laa cabs policies shall be entirely borne by the member alone irrespective of the amount payable.
By starting a membership with Laa cabs, you agree to all the clauses listed in the agreement and thus by doing so, you agree to pay all the necessary charges or expenses mentioned in the policy which not only includes the total charges payable for four wheeler s rented but also may involve additional charges which will be notified later, specific in nature, if any, as the listed expenditures here is not comprehensive. Laa cabs (Matt auto Sports India Pvt Ltd) entirely reserves the right to modify or change the terms /regulations of this policy periodically owing to changes in the environment, which will be reflected on our website in the registration and booking pages or communicated to our members through emails as and when the changes occur. Please note that during any such changes in the policy, the modified regulations come into effect as soon as the changes are reflected in our agreement on our website or from the date the agreement specifies the “with effect from” clause.
Undertaking Letter
All the members before taking the Bike has to sign a computer generated undertaking letter showing full details (like deposit, rent, time, damages etc…
